Start by measuring your wrist snugly with a flexible tape measure. If you don't have one, wrap a string around your wrist, cut it to size, then measure the string with a ruler. Keep in mind if your wrist is on the smaller end of the size range, the bracelet will fit slightly looser, and vice versa.
